We were very pleased and impressed by the quality of Kaump Kustom’s work, their attention to details, and the pride they took in doing good work. Some examples of where they went the extra mile include: hiding a gutter in decorative end-cut rafters, custom cutting corner braces so they would match the proportions of the rest of the project, staining everything twice because we didn’t quite like the color of the first stain, adding molding at the bottom of each post … Not only did they readily make any adjustments we asked for, but they also just threw in nice touches that we wouldn’t have even thought of. They completed the main work in the middle of winter, when the weather was dicey … we agreed it would be best if they came back in spring (after other planned patio work would be completed) to re-stain and put the finishing touches on, and they absolutely kept their word on that. Now that we have this pergola, I’ve been checking out other pergolas whenever I see them … and this one that Kaump Kustom built for us is the best looking one I’ve seen yet! 🙂 Would definitely hire them again. Even recommended them to my boss at work for his pergola project.

We hired Kaump Kustom to rebuild our deck and add stairs. They also installed matching handrail on the back porch. Their honesty and craftsmanship is the best i have seen in a long time. They go out of their way to hand pick the material and gave us great recommendations to keep the cost down without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I contracted another company in May of 2016 to build our deck; unfortunately the company we hired sent an inexperienced person to build our deck and he subsequently made a mess of it, and the deck needed to be completely dismantled and rebuilt. The company we contracted with hired Bryan and Chrystian kaump “kaump Kustom”, to tear out the deck and start over.; they did a wonderful, professional job; they used top grade materials and did not take any shortcuts with the deck; They finished the deck in a reasonable amount of time, and were willing to work within the budget without cutting quality; we were so pleased with the results we hired Kaump Kustom to build a pergola over the deck for us, and again they did a wonderful, professional job; they worked with my husband on the design, and selection of materials. Once again, we were so pleased that we had them do some other repairs at our house, replacing our porch ceiling and framing around our garage door that was showing some signs of wood rot after 20 years; unlike other contractors we’ve dealt with over the years, they show up on time ready to work, and clean up after the job is finished; we would definitely hire them again; they are professional, courteous and definitely care about craftsmanship and workmanship, which is sorely lacking in our throwaway society.

We are more than happy to rate Kaump Kustom LLC! you should be able to see our porch repair on their Facebook page, recognize it by the Pillars and Porch. We were desperate, not a lot of money, 110 yr old home, foundation sinking thus the porch. We could not afford new Pillars, i called the guys. They were not only reasonable but saved our lives basically, we now have a lovely repaired porch and pillars. They were fast, efficient and priced right for us. We will use them again.
